From Istanbul, built for the global machinery & equipment industry.
TalooTech was founded in Istanbul in May 2026. We build Taloo, a cloud platform that helps companies renting out machinery and equipment (forklifts, excavators, cranes, platforms, generators, vehicle fleets) run their business in one place.
From contracts to QR field handovers, in one single panel.
TalooTech was founded in Istanbul in May 2026. We build Taloo, a cloud platform that helps companies renting out machinery and equipment (forklifts, excavators, cranes, platforms, generators, vehicle fleets) run their business in one place.
Taloo covers the whole rental process: contracts, QR-based digital handover records in the field, maintenance planning, HR and expenses, and finance. Taloo Assistant answers managers’ questions from the company’s own data, and every figure comes from our analytics engine.
We are an international team across software, design and cybersecurity, working together from all over the world. We aim to bring Taloo to international markets and make it accessible to small businesses.

Founding of TalooTech
Established in Istanbul with an international vision, building a zero-install QR scanning engine and isolated multi-tenant architecture.

How we work & what we stand for
We design software around the tough, dusty reality of equipment rental yards and construction sites.
Field-Tested Accuracy
Software shouldn't stop when reception drops. Our QR delivery report works offline in the browser and syncs automatically when reconnected.
Strict Data Isolation
No customer shares database tables. Every company gets an isolated schema, automatic daily backups and full data sovereignty.
Fair & Transparent Partnership
14-day full free trial, no credit card required, zero contract lock-in, and one-click data export whenever you choose.
Fast Setup & Zero Install
No on-premise servers or complex ERP deployments. Import your Excel equipment and client sheets, and you are ready in 5 minutes.
Data-Driven Insights (Taloo Assistant)
Your panel does not just record; it proactively flags underutilized machinery, predicts maintenance cycles, and recommends branch transfers.
Dedicated International Support
Our team assists you across time zones with onboarding, technical integration, and day-to-day fleet management questions.
International Engineering & Global Ambition
We are an international team across software, design and cybersecurity, working together from all over the world. We aim to bring Taloo to international markets and make it accessible to small businesses.
